Chris Matthews calls West Point an “enemy camp”

Well, aside from Chris Matthews getting thrills up his leg listening to Obama speak last night, he also considered the crowd of West Point cadets to be the “enemy camp” of President Obama.

My question is, if Chris Matthews thinks that West Point is an “enemy camp” of the Obama administration, what is Guantanamo Bay?

East Anglia University emails

Here are some of the most outrageous emails that were hacked.   These emails completely convince me that climate change is not only a hoax, but an attack on freedom, liberty, and Capitalism.

From: Phil Jones. To: Many. Nov 16, 1999
“I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature [the science journal] trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie, from 1981 onwards) and from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline.”

From Phil Jones To: Michael Mann (Pennsylvania State University). July 8, 2004
“I can’t see either of these papers being in the next IPCC report. Kevin and I will keep them out somehow — even if we have to redefine what the peer-review literature is!”

From: Kevin Trenberth (US National Center for Atmospheric Research). To: Michael Mann. Oct 12, 2009
“The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t… Our observing system is inadequate”

From: Phil Jones. To: Many. March 11, 2003
“I will be emailing the journal to tell them I’m having nothing more to do with it until they rid themselves of this troublesome editor.”

Prof Jones appears to be lobbying for the dismissal of the editor of Climate Research, a scientific journal that published papers downplaying climate change.

From Phil Jones. To: Michael Mann. Date: May 29, 2008
“Can you delete any emails you may have had with Keith re AR4? Keith will do likewise.”

Climate change sceptics tried to use Freedom of Information laws to obtain raw climate data submitted to an IPCC report known as AR4. The scientists did not want their email exchanges about the data to be made public.

From: Michael Mann. To: Phil Jones and Gabi Hegerl (University of Edinburgh). Date: Aug 10, 2004
Phil and I are likely to have to respond to more crap criticisms from the idiots in the near future.”

Are we supposed to completely change our lifestyle and standard of living for unprovable and faulty science?  Global Warming is a hoax folks.  I’ve said for years that Green is the new Red.  If you listen to all of the arguments for climate change, they are also all arguments against liberty, capitalism, and the free market.  Any plan to “reform” our society in order to “save the earth” from climate change is also a plan that kills free enterprise, undermines private property rights, and is the antithesis to the founding principles of the United States.

I just hope enough of the population can figure this out before it’s too late.

Does anyone else find it interesting that Martha Stewart called Sarah Palin “dangerous” when Martha is the only one of those two that served time?

David Frum at it again

Former George W. Bush Speechwriter was at it again last night on PBS’s Online NewsHour with Jim Lehrer.  Frum ignorantly says:

“This is a woman who has got into a position of leadership by sending very powerful sexual signals, and we see that in the way that men like her much more than women do.”

Frum’s efforts to attack Sarah Palin is part of a wider campaign to move the Republican Party to the center, as opposed to embracing it’s conservative beliefs and ideals. Frum feels that the Republican party must move to the center on issues like illegal immigration, gay marriage, and abortion, and also says that a moderate Republican candidate is the only type of candidate that can still win nationally.  History has shown, though, that this is not the case.  Ronald Reagan won two massive landslides (one of which was against an incumbent,) not by pandering to the left, but by standing by conservative values and promoting freedom, liberty, and the free market.

Frum also promotes that the Republican party must have a “big tent” and allow people of differing viewpoints into the party.  This type of thinking is exactly what lost the Presidential in 2008.  The conservative tent is by definition a “big tent,” as it allows people of any type to make their own decisions for themselves.

My idol, Mark Levin put it perfectly when he addressed the  issue of David Frum back in July:

This guy truly is a useful idiot.

Sarah Palin on the Mark Levin Show

My copy of “Going Rogue” by Sarah Palin is on it’s way, so I will be able to give more of a commentary as soon as I receive the book, but I love what Sarah Palin has to say.  The liberal Mainstream media has been trying to write her off since she entered the national political arena in August of 2008, but what I like about her is that she is a true Conservative.  She’s more similar to Jim DeMint and Michele Bachmann than Lindsay Graham and John McCain.

I still think that she needs to reveal a broader understanding of international affairs before she has a chance at winning the Republican nomination of 2012.

We shall see.
